Starting Point Class
If you’re new, Starting Point is a great place to get to know FBC. This 4-week course will introduce you to First Baptist, help you get to know others better, and help you understand God’s purpose for the local church, God’s priorities for our local church – knowing God, enjoying God and making God known—and how our various ministries support these priorities. Wednesday Nights
One thing we’re learning is that we cannot do life without God. We offer several options from 6:15-7:30 PM each Wednesday evening. Childcare is available for ages 2 and under.
FELLOWSHIP MEAL - CAC - 5:30 PM
Join us for a great time of food and fellowship. Meal is served each week from 5:30-6:15 pm. Sign up via email (chris@fbcwashmo.com) by Monday @ noon.
PRAYER MEETING - Worship Center - 6:30 PM
Prayer meeting helps us realize our dependence on God by bringing our needs to Him and one another and praying for a multitude of needs that surround us.
LADIES' BIBLE STUDY - Room W204 - 6:30 PM
Ladies’ Bible study offers women of all ages a place to connect. Currently, we are studying "Abide" by Jen Wilkin which explores 1 John, 2 John, and 3 John. You may also follow the class on Zoom.
KINGDOM KIDS - Children's Center - 6:15 PM
Children ages 5 - 6th grade get an up close look at how Jesus lived and put what they hear into action. Learn what Jesus did through Bible devotions, memory verses, games, and songs. Develop a toolbox of skills through hands-on projects like baking, woodworking, gardening, and more. Go out on field trips to share Jesus' love with people in our community, all for His Kingdom!
KINGDOM KUBS- C106 - 6:15 PM
Preschool kids ages 3 & 4 learn “All About Jesus” through interactive bible stories, fun craft projects, engaging games and activities, and creative snacks.
YOUTH - 3rd floor - 6:30 PM
Youth Bible study is available for 7th thru 12th graders to connect and learn how the gospel affects the way they live each day.
KINGDOM KRAWLERS - CAC - 6:15 PM
Childcare for kids ages 0 - 2.
Giving to FBC
God loves a cheerful giver, and we encourage members and those who attend regularly to give to ministry of the Gospel here at FBC. Giving isn’t something we ‘have’ to do, but something the Bible says we ‘get’ to do for the glory of God. If you’d like to give online, simply click here.
